Prescription Requests during the Coronavirus situation should not, if possible, be handed into the surgery. This will help to reduce the footfall and help to contain our current situation. As we are a small surgery we would request that you either register now with Patient Access (details from the surgery) so you can order online, or you email your request to us using our clinical email address: [email protected] . Please ensure you give us your name, date of birth and the names of the medications your require. You must allow at least 48 hours (two working days) for us to process prescriptions. Please try not to phone in your request as this will block the phone line for any emergency situations.
Also, at present, there are no arrangements for extra supplies of medication for patients so please do not ask for a larger supply than you would normally get.
