For results of blood tests, urine tests, x-rays, etc., please telephone between 1.30-5.30pm. It is important not to phone outwith these times, as the telephones can be very busy with requests for appointments and home visits.
For reasons of confidentiality we only give results to the patient concerned or authorised person (i.e. written mandate of consent from the patient).
Please allow at least five working days before contacting the Practice concerning any tests unless otherwise instructed by the Doctor or practice nurse.
